Out of 435 teens that make up this population, more than 245 are unaccompanied youths that have been identified through the school system. There is no way of knowing how many other teens without shelters exist outside of the school system and in our community.

This event was a cooperative effort with the local Rotary Groups, who packed Holiday survival kits for kids, brought clothing and food to be distributed and came to help kids shop at the clothing giveaway. Northgate Church provided a hot lunch and warm knitted hats and mittens.
