Night Aid will provide support to participants and monitor the participants and facility during the night shift. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, secure, and supportive environment for participants in recovery.

A Crisis Peer Support Specialist provides immediate support and access to services for clients with urgent needs. They help individuals connect with community resources to improve their quality of life. At MY House, a Peer is defined as someone with personal lived experience with substance use or mental health conditions and who has been in remission for at least Two years.

The Human Resources (HR) Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization’s growth from 35 to 150 employees over the next 12 months. This role includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management. The HR Director will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the organization’s mission.
